DONATIONS ACCEPTED AND WELCOMED
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. If you would like a receipt for your donation for tax (or other) purposes, please just ask and we can write one out for you.
Any donation made to the Delaware Community Concert Band will be used to help purchase things such as: music, instruments, insurance for our rehearsal space and instruments, as well as other needed items.
You may bring your donation with you to any concert and look for a blue metal mailbox or a cardboard shoe box type box to place it in. If no one is near the box and you would like a receipt, please see our director and she will guide you to the correct person. At this time, we do not accept online donations.
Kroger Community Rewards
For those of you in the Delaware Ohio area, there is a simple way you can help support us. If you routinely shop at Kroger, link your Kroger card to our profile in the Kroger Community Rewards program. Then all you have to do is shop like normal. We will get a very small percentage of each purchase made with nothing done from you other than saying you want to be connected to us. But it all adds up, so shop away! LOL, just kidding, shop like normal.
Instructions for enrolling in the Kroger Community Rewards program:
1) Go to www.kroger.com - you can try from the app (directions will very just slightly),
but you may have to do it on the website.
2) Sign into your account (or create a new account)
3) Once you are signed in, click on “My Account”
4) Click on “Community Rewards” (on the left side of the screen if on the website)
5) Under “Find an organization”: Search for Delaware Community Concert Band or NM317
6) Click “ENROLL” in the box with our name (we are in Delaware Ohio, it may not be available if you're outside the area...)
7) You should then receive a message that states you are now enrolled in the community rewards program for Delaware Community Concert Band.
INSTRUMENT/MONETARY DONATION:
Dempsey Middle School (aka, our gracious rehearsal space host/building) here in Delaware Ohio, has a rental program for
their students who are in need of assistance getting hold of instruments.
They are tapped out for this year and don’t really have any backup instruments in case ones have to go for repair.
Do you have any spare/old instruments laying around gathering dust that won’t be used any longer?
Willing to donate it to Dempsey?
If you don’t happen to have a spare instrument laying around, but you would still like to help, they would be open to monetary donations as well, as it does take quite a bit to maintain these student instruments.

You may also give directly to the Delaware Community Concert Band. Either a monetary or potential instrument donation would be welcomed. As above, use the contact us page to get the process started.
SWAG ITEMS
If you would like to purchase some swag, please use the 'Contact Us' page to send us an email (either by using that form or copying and pasting the email to your email program) stating what item(s) and how many of each you would like to purchase, and which concert you plan to attend so that we may have your item(s) ready for you. Please try to give us at least a three week heads up if possible. This is a small sampling of what can be done, if you have something in mind that is not shown here, please also email us from that contact us page to see if we can accommodate the request.
